Sandy is a Northern California native who ventured to Southern California to attend UCLA where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. In her free, time she enjoys pilates, hiking, biking, yoga, and skiing.
After experiencing back pain, Sandy found that Pilates helped her move more freely and efficiently and eased her pain. She went on to complete five certification courses, including master courses with Jay Grimes and Kathy Ross Nash. She continues to take lessons and workshops all over the world. With over 14 years of experience, Sandy enjoys working with her clients to help them move more efficiently, gain flexibility, strength, and control, as well as overcoming and preventing injuries.
