A trained dancer and natural athlete, Ayanna brings grace, passion, and dynamism to every session she teaches. Ayanna is fascinated by how the work changes bodies and promotes core strength, stretch, and flexibility. In addition to teaching Pilates, Ayanna is a nutrition coach and has a strong background in group fitness.
In her spare time, Ayanna enjoys creating exotic floral arrangements and relishes dancing. A fan of world-cultural dancing and music, she often blends salsa, samba, Brazilian, African, and Afro-Cuban styles into her workout routines.
